The hotel had excellent room service and a very clean and well-decorated room. the staff spoke English and were very helpful. the hotel was conveniently located close to the train station, which made it easy to travel around the city. the breakfast options were very good and offered both Chinese and western choices.

That the internet connection was poor, and many sites wouldn't load. there were some noise issues that could be heard in the room.
